Hi Ameya,I am planning to start my own advertising company in Mumbai. I will be the only person (or employee) who will be working for this company. What would be minimum legal requirement to register this and what would be the investment to do all the formalities?

Hello Amit,

As long as you are running a company of your own. By that, I mean as a freelance, I don’t think you need to register. However, otherwise, you need to and you should register the company.

Hi Ameya, it is neccesary to regirter a company before starting that. i am planning to run a small IT service company do i need to register it first or i can do it later on or if there is any disadvantage to do registration later.
