dear doctor can you guide me whether homeopathy medicine nux vomica 30x can give to the patient mixed with his food instead of drinks. my husband is a chronic alcoholic but he dont drink at home so it is impossible to give medicine in his drink. is this medicine effective if given in food silently or not.

I have been taking alcohol for long period. over 15to 16 years. Now I want to quit this habit as I have been admitted to hospital twice. I have become very weak with jolt effects in the entire body.
Can u help me getting rid of this bad habit as my liver had been affected

Dear Mam,

I also want to quite drinking

Every morning when i wake up i hate the drinking and till 5.00pm i am quite confident and sure that i will not drink..but i do not know what happens when the sun start setting …my desire to have the alchool gets strong and i start drinking with an intetion to quit it from the next day.

sir my husband is a daily alcoholicdrinker.Before 2 years I gave him a medicine to stop alcohol.but that time his eyes becomes red
and he suffers strong hedache.so he quarelled with me.He had no mind to stop this habit .So please give me an answer to this problem witout side effects thanking you.

respected mam,
my father is addicted to alcohol.He can’t stop himself from drinking if he has money with him.he has also started to steal goods from our home in order to fulfill his demand.we had also tried medicine(seller use to tell herbal medicine seems to be small parts of leaf of plants) but it does not work.i want ur response.plz help me

Dear Doctor,
My problems are almost identical to those described by Mr. DEEP. I quit smoking 3 years ago, but not able to quit my alcohol addiction. I tried many times; I would stay sober for 7 to 10 days and fall back to drinking at first occasion available. While trying to stay sober, I experienced insomnia, which I tried to heal by taking sleeping pills making me drowsy the next morning. Also during sober days I experienced alcohol withdrawal syndromes like shaky hands… Is there any hope after so many years of trying?

Please help.

PLEASE HELP MY HUSBAND WHO IS VER MUCH ALCHOLIC HE CANNOT STAY AWAY FROM DRINKS IN MORNINGS HE GOES FOR WORK HE COMES BACK
FROM HIS BREAK SHIFT AGAIN HE CONSUMES DRINKS N EVENING HE GOES TO WORK N COMES BACK HOME AT NIGHT AGAIN CONSUMES ALCHOL PL GV ME SUCH MEDICINES THAT HE NEVER EVER ABLE TO TOUCH ALCHOL WE FACES LOTS
OF PROBLEMS IN OUR FLY LIFE AS WELL AS ALSO AFFECTING MY CHILD WHO IS 11YRS OLD .PL SUGGEST SUCH MEDICINES HE DOES FACE ANY SIDE EFFECTS AND I CAN ADD THESE MEDICINES IN HIS DRINKS WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE.HIGHLY OBLIGE .

hello dr. today is diwali festival…Happy diwali to u…till 5 pm it was for our family too…but after that when my dad came drunk it did not remain one….my dad is an addict i think…he z having alcohol everyday since past 30 years now…he gets drunk very easily and fast…coz he drinks all neat and only shots…he z amazing at his work, and is very well-known in family,friends and even in other acquaintances…but just this drinking problem is taking him down…he is 56 now…last year he was admitted in hospital and was in ICU for 15 dayz coz suddenly he was affected with viral pneumonia…here some doc. said that this is due to his drinking problem…he takes nicotine gums also regularly…coz earlier before he was hospitalized he was a gutkha addict too…he doesn’t drink at home…please tell me some medicine for this…he has hypertension problem also..and also drug induced diabetes….he takes FACID-40 and janumet regualarly…please help me and my family….awaitng your response to this comment asap…need it badly…Thank You…:)
