Signs of ageing starts appearing in mid 20s. Free radicals cause ageing , so naturally, antioxidants can delay the signs of ageing. Fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants so the more you stay closer to nature, the better it is for your skin. Consume more of berries, oranges, limes, spinach, carrots, soy , tomatoes since they are richest sources of antioxidants. Tanning is harmful, be it natural or artificial so avoid it. Limit sun exposure and apply sun screen lotion. Keep your skin hydrated. Proper 7hours sleep adds freshness and heals damaged skin.
