But looking at the article (Courtesy - Ameya) and the following discussions (Courtesy - CV; Aniket; Ruchi; Subho) taking place, it does seems that IIFT had a new face to it. Plus I had a chance to see the pre and post test expressions of the examinees (Courtesy - Don Bosco School - Matunga, Mumbai) exactly before and after the IIFT 2009 was over. Indeed the expressions varied from Nervous to Shock to Surpirsed to Confident to Contented (though not in the same order).

But Guys at this juncture, I feel let the numbers play their game. As of now, concentrate on the other Entrance Tests coming up.
The most important one for every MBA aspirant (irrespective whether they wanna join the IIM’s league) is due this sunday. It has sobriquets as “The D Day”, “The finale”, “The Judgement Day” and bla bla…

And for the same, I wish every CV, every, Aniket, every Ruchi, every Subho and every other person out there.
Be confident; Revise and Revise and Revise; Clear every doubt that comes to you rather than leaving it for the next hour; Practise much;

As they say, CAT 2009 is for a duration of 2 hours and 15 minutes. However, I think CAT is a matter of 135 minutes (or better say 8100 seconds)

There is a fair chance that you may get a call. Though nothing can be said as of now, but your score is not at all bad either. I would suggest stay positive, you may get a call.

acc to various estimates from diff centres qa may have cutoff between 5-6.actually am very apprehensive that i may not clear the qa cut-off.is there any chance i may get a call?

Last year’s expected cut off by institutes varied with a margin of 3-4 marks. TIME had predicted it at 24-26, IMS had expected 29+ etc. However, Last year’s actual cut off was 30+, So according to time, this year’s expected cut off is 26-28, I am sure this will surely go beyond 29-30.
